JOSÉ PÉREZ GRIJELMO.

Real estate and construction law specialist, with 20 years’ experience in the industry. He counsels both private clients and developers, builders, managers, cooperatives, and communities of property. José has been an advisor lawyer for the Biscay Professional Association of Real Estate Agents (COAPI) for more than 15 years.

He has taught courses on Urban Leases and Condominiums for several years at the School of Legal Practice of the Biscay Bar, and currently teaches in the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession of ICASV – University of Deusto and University of the Basque Country.

He has worked with the Garrigues Study Centre on Urban Leases and Condominiums, and is also a regular lecturer and speaker in many Real Estate Law courses and conferences held, among others, in the Leizaola Foundation, the Biscay COAPI, and ICASV.

José is an Arbitrator in the ICASV Court of Arbitration and in the Bilbao Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Navigation. He currently manages and coordinates the Mortgage Intermediation Service of the Biscay Bar. He has published many legal papers in real estate journals, specialist websites, and the Real Estate Guide of the Deia newspaper.
